Every month we try to focus on a different local charity making a difference in the lives of our neighbors and friends in the Phoenix area. This month, we are featuring The Board of Visitors Ryan House. This organization focuses on providing for the needs of medically fragile children and their families, including providing therapeutic activities, respite support for families, and, unfortunately, palliative and end-of-life support. The great things that this organization does in the community may often go unnoticed by those who are not in a position to need help navigating the needs of medically fragile children, but they are a lifeline for the children and families that need them.
Ryan House has two major fundraising events each year. Run for Ryan House is a charity run/walk held in November (save the date for November 5, 2023), followed by the White Christmas Gala in December. The 2023 White Christmas Gala will be held at the Arizona Biltmore on December 2, 2023, where you can enjoy elegant dining, entertainment, music, and dancing.
