With water crises impacting most of the Southwest, and increasing energy costs impacting homeowners as temperatures rise, there is more interest than ever in homes packed with sustainable features and all the latest smart home technology. This fact is born out with the development of Karma, a community of 11 homes developed by Boyer Vertical. The project broke ground in 2021, with prices starting at $1.45 million.
To date, of the 11 originally planned homes, only 2 are left. Seven have been sold, with two under contract. Phoenix Business Journal dives into this new development, which is turning heads despite recent challenges in the Phoenix housing market.
