Meet David Merritt

David is a rare Arizona native. Born in the scenic Alpine town of Flagstaff, David’s family migrated to the Phoenix area when he was young. There, he began to pursue the discipline of Martial Arts and eventually achieved his 5th-degree black belt. David's 40+ years of knowledge and skills allowed him the opportunity to teach and train hundreds of Martial Arts students.

David attended Arizona State University, where he graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science. It was during an Entrepreneurship class at ASU that David realized he wanted to pursue his own business path, and started up several of his own businesses, ultimately leading him to pursue a career in Real Estate. 

David and his wife, Renee, are Co-Founders of Merritt Group Fine Properties, a successful top-producing Real Estate team within Keller Williams Arizona Realty. They are committed to providing their clients with the highest level of service available - often referred to as their 'White Glove' Service given at all price points. David is a devoted father of their two teenage boys, and together they all enjoy giving back to the community.
